Make enough money outside of Pakistan and somehow invest it somewhere such that you keep on getting sufficient income to sustain your living in Pakistan. Now that your savings and bread and butter are secured, you are free to either do a Job or start a business in Pakistan. This is probably only possible in a retirement model. Before retirement age, rarely have I seen anybody achieve this state. This is not a plan to move back to Pakistan. This is a plan to retire in Pakistan.
